On February 3, 2025, the Maryland Supreme Court reached a landmark decision upholding the constitutionality of the Maryland Child Victims Act of 2023. After hearing arguments in September from both survivors and the Archdiocese of Baltimore, the highest court issued its opinion, eliminating time restrictions for filing child sex abuse claims. G&E's team, Elizabeth Graham and Steve Kelly, worked tirelessly along with others to fight for this decision on behalf of survivors.
